Charlie is a community builder, regenerative land steward, seed saver, and complexity explorer. After 10 years as COO at various small and mid-size regenerative farms in N. California, he co-founded ReCommon to help create the systems-level change that is required for regenerative agriculture to flourish. In his current role as Director of Partnerships at ReCommon, he spends his time exploring the intersections of agroecology, regenerative cultures, ReFi, and resilient place-based economies. He currently resides in the traditional lands of the Awaswas people – Santa Cruz, CA.
