Michael Cooper is considered an expert in Policy, Evaluation and Research given his 16 years of experience providing MEAL services to various UN agencies, the World Bank, USAID, Millennium Challenge Corp, the U.S. State Dept and numerous NGO’s and impact inventors. Michael specializes in MEAL for blockchain: his work includes creating the initial Learning Agendas for the adaptive use and performance measurement of blockchain for Social Impact with the Univ of Notre Dame, research and advisory services to World Bank with the Research Institute for Crypto Economics and trainings for USAID Missions on Web 3.0 solutions. He is a newly applied Trusted Seed with CommonsStack where he will provide technical assistance to incubate blockchain social impact projects. Michael has also published extensively on the subject.
